• Refund will be paid to the source through which the guest has booked. Any refund will take at least 15 days to process & will be sent to you by a/c payee cheque only.
• ** NO REFUND WILL BE MADE AGAINST ANY UN UTILIZED SERVICES, WHAT SO EVER MAY BE THE REASON.

• All cancellations are to be communicated in writing, & will attract a sum of INR 3000.00 minimum or 10 % of the Booking Amount whichever is higher. Beside the forfeiture of the deposit amount, a further cancellation charge will be levied if notice of cancellation is received within 30 days prior to the operation of the booked tour as per the following.
• Cancellation has to be sent to us by Fax / Email.
• From Date of booking – 30 days only communication charges of Rs 3000.00 per couple.
• 45 -30 Days prior to departure   25% of tour cost 
• 30 -14 Days prior to departure   50% of tour cost  
• 14-10 Days prior to departure   75% of tour cost 
• 10 Days/No show                         100% of tour cost 

Please note: All cancellation charges will be furthermost subject to the consideration of those engaged in arranging the itinerary. We will use all our powers to erase the cancellation charges and negotiate for the lowest possible charges.

• This is proposed service costing for minimum 6 person travelling together.
•  We are not holding any confirmed rail, air ticket and hotel reservation for your travel. The same is subject to availability at the time of booking.
• Any meal and services unless specified at the time of booking.
• Rates are subject to change.

• 100% payment in advance at the time of booking.
